根据ContentType是否为json进行判断,如果是就从body中读取参数,进行解析,并生成权限实体,进行权限认证

否则直接使用UsernamePasswordAuthenticationFilter中的方法

其中会有body中的传参问题,所以使用ThreadLocal传递参数
